*St. Paul Residents:
For service panel upgrade, repair, or replacement, the city of St. Paul has requirements which must be met. St. Paul has created Bulletin 80-1 which pertains to other items in your house that must accompany any service panel repair or replacement. All items contained within the bulletin must be addressed in order to pass inspection, so remember to keep this in mind when accepting bids from a contractor.
